- New to Acorn? Experience our playgroups or cooking classes firsthand. Meet our caring teaching team and let your child explore our purpose-built play space.
- Select Your Level & Timetable:
- Our team will help place your child in the ideal age-appropriate group (Baby Acorn, Growing Acorn, or Mighty Acorn) and choose a schedule that fits your family’s routine.
- Confirm Your Term Enrolment:
- Secure your child’s spot for the upcoming term and receive your welcome pack, term schedule, and parent guidelines.

We tailor our language environment to suit your child’s learning needs:
- Bilingual Playgroups (Core Programme): Immersive dual-language instruction in English and Putonghua, led by experienced native-speaking educators.
- English-Only Playgroup Option: Designed specifically for families seeking dedicated English language reinforcement and focus.
- Junior Chef Cooking Classes: Taught entirely in English to combine practical life skills with language immersion.
- Holiday Camps: Conducted in a bilingual environment (English & Putonghua), unless specified otherwise for specific themed camps.

- Direct Access to Parent Interview:
- Students who have attended Acorn Playgroup for 3 or more consecutive months automatically bypass the initial student observation round and proceed directly to the final parent interview round at Mighty Oaks.
- Seamless Curriculum Alignment:
- Our playgroup framework aligns with Mighty Oaks’ early childhood curriculum, ensuring your child transitions smoothly into a familiar environment.

Yes! We strongly encourage all new families to sign up for a trial class first to experience our space, meet our educators, and see how your child responds to the environment.
What language medium is used in class?
Our core playgroups feature bilingual immersion (English and Putonghua). We also offer an English-only option for families who wish to give their child an extra push in English.
